Good design involves more than creating pretty pictures – it's about solving problems. When I established Brainchild Design in 2002, I chose the business name 'Brainchild' because to me, it represented a fusion of great ideas with design that I believed was fundamental. A decade on, ensuring design work is underpinned by solid concepts and strategic thinking is as important as ever.
How I add value
I've been fortunate to work with a wide variety of clients, big and small, across multiple disciplines. I find the creative process both exciting and rewarding and one that I thrive on. Whether it's creating thoughtful brand identities, crafting stylish marketing collateral, or collaborating on the design of a yacht's sail (well I do live in the City of Sails!), I pride myself on adding value with bright ideas, distinctive design and excellent service. I like to have a little fun along the way – it is the creative sector after all!
